Cancellation policy

If you give us 48h cancellation notice 50% of the total cost is chargeable. Within 24h or less cancellation the full cost is chargeable.

Skin Test

Any colour service can only be done 48hrs after you have your skin test done. In case there is any reaction we will not be able to proceed with your colour.

Minor Policy

We don’t do any colour service to anyone under 16 years old. 

For any styling service the parents/guardian has to give their consent in writing.

Extra Charge

This is a charge that can be added to your bill if you are too far from my service area or your service takes longer than expected or if you are running late without notifying us.

Premium Charges

This is a higher rate that can be charged if you want your hair done outside of my working hours (please look on my Google business page to find out).

Complaint Policy

In the event that you are unhappy with any service we will be keen to put things right but you will have to let us know calmy within 10 days from the date of the service, we may do:

Redo all or part of the service or
Offer a full or partial refund
